DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From Atlanta to Union Springs, AL (approx. 145 miles)

Take I-85 South for about 105 miles then take the US 29 exit towards Tuskegee, exit 51

Continue on US 29 approx. 15 miles to Tuskegee and at the square in Tuskegee turn left, still on Hwy 29 and travel 21 miles to Union Springs.

 

From Birmingham to Union Springs, AL (approx. 130 miles)

Take I-65 South for about 81 miles to Montgomery, then take I-85 North 11 miles to exit 11, the Mitylene exit.

At the bottom of the ramp turn right on the four lane and travel 2 miles to Hwy 110 (Vaughn Road)

Turn left or East on Hwy 110 and travel about 25 miles toward Union Springs to the intersection of Hwy 110 and Hwy 82 which is 3 miles West of Union Springs, AL.

 

From Montgomery to Union Springs, AL (Approx. 46 miles)

Take I-85 North 11 miles to exit 11 , the Mitylene exit. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right on the four lane and travel 2 miles to Hwy 110 (Vaughn Road) then turn left or East on Hwy 110 and travel about 25 miles toward Union Springs to the intersection of Hwy 110 and Hwy 82, which is 3 miles West of Union Springs, AL.

 

From Columbus to Union Springs, AL ( approx. 50 miles)

Take 431 South out of Phenix City about 15 miles to Seale. At Seale, turn right on Hwy 26 for about 16 miles to Hurtsboro. At Hurtsboro Hwy 26 and Hwy 51 become the same going South. Stay on Hwy 51 and 26 South about 14 miles until they intersect with Hwy 82, then turn right or West on Hwy 82 for about 7 miles to Union springs, AL.

 

From Union Springs to Shenandoah Plantation (approx. 5 miles)

Shenandoah is located 5 miles West of Union Springs off Hwy 82. From Union Springs take Hwy 82 West towards Montgomery and travel about 5 miles. You will pass mile marker 193 and 1/2 mile past the 193 mile marker turn right onto Wildlife Trail (green street sign). One land mark is a small white church on your left just before you get to Wildlife Trail. Wildlife Trail is on a gravel road, travel about 1 mile and pass the 1st house on the left and a brown wooden fence begins on the left. The 1st driveway is to the manager's house, the 2nd driveway/entrance on the left is to our horse barn and kennels. Go to the 3rd entrance and enter at the gate where you will see a small Shenandoah sign and the road through this gate leads to the guest houses and main lodge. This entrance has a electronic gate with a key pad and a buzzer. Push the buzzer to ring the main house.
